The treatment time depends on the respective prescription / selected therapy (self-payers) and can last between 10 - 60 minutes.

Of course you can also come to our practice without a prescription. As long as you are healthy and want preventive treatment, for example, or you want to train towards a specific goal, that's no problem. In the case of an existing diagnosis, a prescription from your doctor is necessary.
But: soon we will also be offering an acute consultation with a non-medical practitioner. In the case of health problems, he can also diagnose and treat without a doctor's prescription.
In principle, you can express your wishes, which we will of course try to take into account. However, it can also happen that you are treated by another therapist for scheduling reasons. For some treatments we also have to take into account the qualifications of the therapists. We ask for your understanding.
Of course, we make every effort to ensure that every patient stays with "their" therapist. However, sometimes it can happen that this does not work for scheduling reasons. Based on the documentation, the therapy will then be continued seamlessly and without any disadvantages for you by another therapist.
Schedule changes or illness can always occur. You can therefore cancel or reschedule your appointment in advance. We ask you to cancel appointments as early as possible so that the therapy time can be given to another patient. You can cancel or postpone appointments up to 24 hours in advancefree of charge.
Since the therapy time is reserved exclusively for you, we have to charge you a cancellation fee for appointments that are not canceled in time or are forgotten.
